Artwork Guidelines

Below are a list of basic artwork guidelines for you. If you have little to no knowledge of this area, please feel free to call one of our team and we will talk you through what we need to provide you with your top quality product

File Formats

The following file formats are compatible:

  • Hi-resolution PDF files
  • Adobe Illustrator saved as a vector file in .EPS format
  • Adobe Photoshop saved as vector file in .EPS format
  • Freehand saved as vector in .EPS format

In certain cases:

  • JPEG files are acceptable for EMBROIDERY

Anything else such as .GIF and .BMP files are very difficult for us to work with and if you send us these we are likely to respond requesting one of the compatible files. If you are in school or college we suggest asking a fellow student who may have a knowledge of graphic design to format it for you. If you are a business, your stationary printer will know what to do. If however, you cannot find somebody to format a file, send it to us anyway and we can draw it up for you at a very competitive cost.

If you have no artwork at all (maybe just an idea in your head) get in touch with us and we will have our graphic designer design it professionally for you at a small cost.

** We know that computer talk can be double-dutch to some people. If you are completely lost in this area, please contact us via our online query form and we will get straight back to you. **
